They include devices from Microsoft’s Surface range, with the latest Surface Pro 8 now available for as little as £815 – that’s the cheapest it’s been since Prime Day. The Type Cover is still sold separately, but it means you can add the keyboard accessory and still have change left over compared to the original £999 starting price.
But the savings are even greater if you’d rather swap the Intel Core i5 processor for a more powerful i7, alongside extra RAM and storage. It’s down to just £1,187.42 from the usual £1,499, an impressive discount of £311.58. For context, these models are available from the Microsoft Store for £849 and £1,279 respectively.
As our review shows, the Surface Pro 8 is an excellent device you won’t regret buying. But what if you’re looking for a more traditional laptop design? Fortunately, there are also great deals available on the Surface Laptop 4. Alongside the existing £110 discount on the cheapest model, you can also get a high-end 13.5in configuration for £1,399 – a £250 saving on the RRP. It might be running Windows 10 out of the box, but you can upgrade to Windows 11 as soon as it arrives.
Discounts are more modest on the Surface Go 3, but they’re still worth highlighting. The most eye-catching saving is £70 off the mid-spec model, but there’s also £50 off if you want a more capable Intel Core i3 processor. Genuine deals on the Go 3 are rare, so they’re worth taking advantage of if you were considering Microsoft’s pint-sized tablets.
However, most of these offers end when the sale concludes at midnight UK time on 2 September. That also applies to plenty of other great laptops, including devices from the likes of Lenovo, Asus, HP and Dell.
